Full-time · On-siteOwn the outbound sales pod end-to-end — set targets, coach agents on pitch and objection handling, and report performance directly against the Orange Egypt account. You'll be the one turning weekly numbers into a plan the whole team executes on.

Full-time · On-siteRun a shift of agents day to day — monitor calls, keep SLAs on track, and step in on escalations before they become churn. You're the first line of quality control between the floor and the account.
